The new space measures 30,000 square feet and embodies the design language of the brand. This can be seen throughout the entire space as the elevator lobby is made with inspiration from the look and feel of [wine cellars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flint-wines-office) and the full bar serves up frozen margaritas as well. Maggie Giaccone, TPG Architecture's NCIDQ and Senior Associate explains, “Our goal with this project was to blend all of Rémy Cointreau’s brands into one cohesive space. We took inspiration from their various cellar spaces, incorporating elements like Venetian plaster walls and arched/curved ceilings into the design.
