Hubert worked in conjunction with timber manufacturer Corelam to complete the table, which is reportedly 70 to 80 percent lighter than a regular timber table and can be built and moved around by one person. The table is made out of birch aircraft plywood, a wood found only in Canada. Chances are that you've seen this wood before as it was used to make the wooden Spruce Goose transport plane.
