As easily as one strokes his own chin, he can achieve a close shave against a [budding beard, mustache or five-o'clock stubble](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manscaped-the-chairman-pro) with this tubular digit-fitted device. Designed by Xiang Qin, Yiyan Ge, Yin Qin and Xinxin Sun, the revolutionary Ring-Shaver won a 2010 Red Dot Concept Award. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 87% | Activity: 74% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Fashion](https://www.trendhunter.com/fashion) > [Cosmetics](https://www.trendhunter.com/cosmetics) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Digit-enveloping Razors:** Opportunity to disrupt the electric razor market with a more natural and compact alternative. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Personal Care:** Innovations in shaving products can revolutionize the personal care industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cyberpunk-Style Face Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/motorzero30.md) - [Voronoi Handle Hair Removers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/razor-epilator.md) - [Two-in-One Shaving Razors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multiglider.md) - [Contoured Ceramic Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceramic-shaver.md) - [Next-Level Head Shaving](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/best-electric-head-shaver.md) - [Rotating Smooth Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-shaver-s302.md) - [Ergonomic Earbud-Sized Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yoose-alloy-mini.md) - [Credit Card-Sized Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zera-s.md) - [Palm-Sized Shavers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/panasonic-palm-shaver.md)
