A series of companies and donors funded the project to address the lack of housing for COVID-19 caring healthcare workers. Many of Mexico's healthcare workers were found sleeping in cars as they avoided returning home to protect their families. Revolution designed a series of [temporary structures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anduhyaun-emergency-shelter) made out of [prefabricated wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prefab-house-changeover) and biodegradable plastic. Each structure is completed with a bedroom, shower, sink, toilet, water tank, and solar heating. The modules were designed to be cost-efficient, easy to assemble, and recyclable. The modules have natural light and light-colored walls to offer the healthcare workers a meditative space.
