# Handheld Game Accessories Retroid Debuted a Grip Case and Carrying Case for its Flip Clamshell By Colin Smith | Published 2023-04-28 | Business Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retroid-pocket-flip-case References: [goretroid](https://www.goretroid.com/en-ca/collections/retro-game-system/products/retroid-pocket-flip) Retroid debuted two new accessories for its [Retroid Pocket Flip](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retroid-pocket-flip) [clamshell handheld gaming device](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-miyoo-mini-flip). These are the Retroid Pocket Flip Case and the Official Grip for Retroid Pocket Flip. The grip is a rubber attachment that holds the back frame of the Flip, with two inserts that secure itself in place through the screw holes in the back of the device. When attached, the grip makes the entire device more comfortable to hold for longer play sessions while also adding some protection to the back of the device. The [Retroid Pocket Flip Carrying Case](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rog-xbox-ally-x-killswitch) is a large black and orange case designed to fit the Flip while it is inserted in its Grip. This means inserting the Flip in the case without the Grip would result in a lot of extra space. However, the case is the perfect solution for users who want to bring the grip around with them, such as those with larger hands.
