The restored wood tables were created with dead wood, meaning that none of the wood used for these tables came from a tree that was cut down and destroyed for the end product. The tables are complete with resin that is intermixed into the various textures of the wood. The [resin comes in different colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/never-stop-moving) and because it takes shape with the wood, each of these tables is unique and original since no two textures of the restored wood are the same. These original tables would make an excellent choice for people who are eco-conscious and also like to feature original statement pieces in their homes and offices. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.8/10 - Popularity: 97% | Activity: 98% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Eco-friendly Furniture:** Creating unique furniture pieces using dead wood and eco-friendly materials to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers. - **Restoration & Upcycling:** Revitalizing materials that would otherwise go to waste, creating interesting and innovative designs. - **Customizable Furniture:** Using colored resins in various textures which are unique to the restored wood, providing customized original pieces. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture & Home Decor:** Innovative designs using unique combinations of sustainable materials, appealing to home furniture buyers. - **Eco-friendly Materials Production:** Creating and distributing eco-friendly materials for use in furniture production, satisfying increasing consumer demand for sustainable alternatives. - **Artistic Design:** Offering unique pieces that serve both functional and decorative purposes, satisfying demand for original statement pieces in homes and offices. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Rustic Recycled Wood Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/primitive-structures-table-design.md) - [Felled Tree Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ptacek-home-chunk-line.md) - [Acrylic Multicolor Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucid-side-tables.md) - [Textile-Topped Table Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tumble-tables.md) - [Colorful Contemporary Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/runda-tables.md) - [Island-Inspired Wooden Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/island-table.md) - [Aquatic Lake Wood Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snhetta-intersection-table.md) - [Topographical Recycled Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/two-coffee-tables.md) - [Chic Sustainable Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oceanides-table-collection.md)
