Marcoux Mathern & Associés worked to correct fundamental spatial flaws in the La Perle d'Azur villa — such as heterogeneous facades, an unwelcoming entrance, and uncertain proportions — by establishing a new hierarchy of volumes and seamless spatial continuities that elevate the everyday experience into an art of living. The emotionally resonant luxury residence begins with a reimagined double-height entrance hall that features a striking vertical metal structure with integrated lighting.
