This project covers the building's communal areas, including dual lobbies, a seventh-floor terrace, wellness facilities, and lounge spaces. II BY IV DESIGN's design philosophy is characterized by an emphasis on organic, flowing forms and a curated selection of materials — from brushed metals and warm stone to textured fabrics. These are intended to mirror the building's external architectural curves and its [proximity to Lake Ontario](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/10m). The spaces of Aqualuna are designed to be filled with natural light and feature a neutral color scheme — a move that is intended to create an atmosphere of tranquil sophistication.
