Under the shining stars, owning a [fancy five bedroom mansion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highland-park-residence) that overlooks the beautiful city of California is simply a heavenly dream. Located in [Hollywood Hills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cm-g1), USA is the most heart-melting mansion that has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a super-luxurious kitchen, a [tempting pool and spa](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aanandam) and a cozy fireplace. That sure is a perfect family abode. Designed by Amit Apel Design, this mansion shares the indoor and outdoor theme where the cool atmosphere is part and parcel of the mansion. Spanning around 4,000 square feet, this mansion takes precedence over any mansion that I have ever seen. One look at this gallery will simply have your heart melting. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.0/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 90% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Luxury Residential Designs:** Opportunities for architects and interior designers to innovate with unique and extravagant residential designs - **Outdoor-indoor Integration:** Opportunities for construction and landscaping companies to innovate with designing homes that integrate the outdoors and indoors seamlessly - **Smart Home Technology:** Opportunities for technology companies to innovate with incorporating smart home technology into luxury residences ### Where This Applies - **Real Estate:** Opportunities to innovate in the luxury real estate market by incorporating unique design features and amenities in homes - **Construction:** Opportunities to innovate with constructing and designing luxurious and unique homes that integrate the outdoor and indoor living spaces - **Technology:** Opportunities to innovate with incorporating smart home technology into luxury residences and increasing the level of automation and convenience for homeowners ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Minimal Mid-Century Hollywood Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mulholland.md) - [Modern Stone-Clad Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-coachella.md) - [Mountaintop Wooden Cozy Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/william-hunter-collective.md) - [Mansion-Topped Surreal Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marison-heler.md) - [Sustainable Dynamic Hilltop Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ro54.md) - [Fluffy Soft Marshmallow Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marshmallow-penthouse.md) - [Modern Mountainous Luxury Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robert-chisholm-architects.md) - [Sculptural Facade Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fractal-facade-house.md) - [Sculptural LA Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cm-g1.md)
