Rising from the ashes of hard work and determination, this “epic [cone-shaped commercial center](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pasona-natureverse-pavilion) crowned with a gorgeous sloping green roof” rivals the nearby Mt. Vesuvius in Nola, Italy. With solar-control double-pane glass and a vegetative carpet of over 2,5000 plants on the roof, this volcanic creation strives to work with nature, not against it - evident as soon as you lay eyes on it. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 66% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Sustainable Architecture:** Opportunity for architects to incorporate nature-friendly elements and renewable technologies into building designs. - **Biophilic Design:** Potential to integrate natural elements and green spaces into urban environments, enhancing human well-being and productivity. - **Iconic Structures:** Opportunity to create landmark buildings that captivate attention and attract tourists while serving functional purposes. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture:** Architects can explore innovative designs that push boundaries and challenge conventional architectural norms. - **Green Building:** A growing market for sustainable building materials, energy-efficient solutions, and eco-friendly construction practices. - **Tourism:** Development of unique and awe-inspiring architectural landmarks can drive tourism and economic growth in local areas. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Lakeside Cultural Landmarks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/isola-della-mus.md) - [Fish Scale-Resembling Facades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/istanbul-modern.md) - [Rock‑Like Coastal Centers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nature-rocks-visitor-centre.md) - [Atrium Stacked Toronto Courthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/renzo-piano.md) - [Volcano-Surrounding Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leit-house.md) - [Compacted Earth Restaurant Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quisimangia.md) - [Sculptural Photocoltaic Theater Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/opera-and-ballet-theatre-of-kosovo.md) - [Volcanic Terrain Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/noir-peaks.md) - [Viewing Box Cultural Centers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-center-for-arts-innovation.md)
