What are you going to do? You call Rent-a-Ruminant. This ingenious service sees a landowner renting a small herd of goats for a period of time, so that goats can eat all the spare brush and foliage that is getting in the way. Rent-a-Ruminant is an environmentally sound operation, as they only use goats to clear away invasive plants. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.7/10 - Popularity: 85% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, South America, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Rent-a-ruminant:** Opportunity for a disruptive innovation in the on-demand rental industry by providing goats as a solution for clearing away invasive plants. - **Goat-based Land Clearing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity in the sustainable agriculture sector by offering goat-based land clearing services as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional methods. - **Invasive Plant Control:** Potential for disruptive innovation in the environmental services industry by developing advanced methods to control invasive plants using natural means like goats. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **On-demand Rental:** Disruptive innovation opportunity in the on-demand rental industry by introducing unique services like goat rentals for land clearing. - **Sustainable Agriculture:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the sustainable agriculture industry by incorporating goat-based land clearing as a more eco-friendly method. - **Environmental Services:** Disruptive innovation opportunity in the environmental services sector by leveraging natural solutions like goats to control invasive plants. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [360-Degree Vision Robot Lawnmowers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ecovacs-goat-a3000.md) - [Immersive Goat-Inspired Wellness Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baby-goat-me.md) - [Reusable Bag Rental Programs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reusable-bag-rental-program.md) - [Precision Robotic Weeding Services](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/weeding-service.md) - [Yardwork-Exchange Property Rentals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mowbnb.md) - [Free-Roaming Animal Meats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/knepp-wild-range-meat.md) - [Banana-Promoting Goat Yoga Sessions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fairtrade-bananas.md) - [Job Application Optimization](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/streamlining-job-applications.md) - [Pull-Behind Mechanical Weeders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/farmwise.md)
