It is defined by its [pink fluted concrete](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/babel-housing-mexico) build which clads the facade to stand out against the more muted tonal surroundings of many [grey buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khome) in the area. Satguru Builders director of design Sharan Babani speaks about the design process, "In response to the city's [hot and humid climate](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/extreme-summer-temperatures), the building envelope incorporates a unique fluted wall system. In certain sections, the external wall thickens to nearly one foot before tapering back to six inches. The robust outer skin acts as a thermal barrier, offering a passive solution to enhance comfort while subtly adding texture and depth to the facade."
