That is high praise considering the fact that I consider myself a connoisseur of sorts when it comes to coffee tables. Remembrance is a coffee table that is designed like and also functions as a [photo album](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/swivel). I find this design ingenious because it functions as so many different items in one small package. Remembrance is first and foremost a coffee table, but it can also hold pictures when opened. Its hollowed-out section is perfect for random odds and ends like books, TV remotes and [Detroit Tigers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/detroit-public-theater) hats. Like all great designs, as of present, this too seems to be strictly a one-off concept. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.2/10 - Popularity: 23% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Multi-functional Furniture:** The trend of furniture that serves multiple purposes creates opportunities for innovative designs like Remembrance that combine functionality with personalization. - **Personalized Home Decor:** The growing demand for unique and meaningful home decor items presents an opportunity for products like Remembrance that allow individuals to showcase their memories and personal style. - **Integrating Technology in Furniture:** The integration of technology in furniture, like Remembrance's ability to hold pictures, demonstrates the potential for innovative designs that enhance functionality and user experience. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Furniture manufacturers can explore the market potential of multi-functional and personalized furniture designs, like Remembrance, to cater to the needs of modern consumers. - **Home Decor Retail:** Home decor retailers can tap into the demand for personalized and technologically integrated products, like Remembrance, to offer unique and memorable items for customers' homes. - **Interior Design Services:** Interior design professionals can incorporate multi-functional and personalized furniture pieces, such as Remembrance, in their designs to create unique and meaningful spaces for their clients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Minimalist Book Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pocket-coffee-table.md) - [Curvaceous Animalistic Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookpet-coffee-table.md) - [Artful Coffee Table Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertushka.md) - [Discreet Compartment Modern Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taarof-table.md) - [Spinning Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/diy-spinning-coffee-table.md) - [Compact Functional Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookmarker-table.md) - [Wavy Sculptural Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-coffee-tables.md) - [Communal Fireplace Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hearth-coffee-table.md) - [Modular Marble Photo Frames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/memorable-picture-frame.md)
