"Recycling Beauty" is an exhibition and study in material reuse. On view at [Fondazione Prada’s](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/satellite-exhibition) Milan flagship until February 27th, 2023, the show was curated by Salvatore Settis, Anna Anguissola, Denise La Monica and designed by Rem Koolhaas of [OMA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dreamscape-exhibit).

"Recycling Beauty" is framed as an in-depth study "dedicated entirely to the [reuse of Greek and Roman antiquities](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/many-lives-of-the-nakagin-capsule-tower) in post-antique contexts, from the Middle Ages to the Baroque era." The curators frame classical antiquity as not just a relic of the past but also something that can affect the present and the future. Accompanying "Recycling Beauty" is a comprehensive and luxuriously bound book that explores the research further in 560 pages, featuring 16 critical texts, 356 illustrations, and other information.
