The recycled glass can be used for residential and commercial purposes including countertops, tables, and fireplace mantles. With a total of 85% recycled glass in each of their products, not only do Vetrazzo's products help the environment by reducing landfill waste, each is unique and “tells a story." Each product also comes with a Certificate of Transformation that tells you where the glass came from. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 81% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Recycled Glass Home Decor:** Opportunity to innovate by creating a line of unique, sustainable home decor items using recycled glass from various sources. - **Sustainable Countertops:** Opportunity to innovate by developing sustainable options for countertops using recycled glass that reduce landfill waste and are uniquely patterned. - **Certifications for Recycled Products:** Opportunity to innovate by establishing credible certifications for products made from recycled materials, giving buyers information about their origins and authenticity. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** Industry that could benefit from offering sustainable, unique home decor options made from recycled glass, such as tables or fireplace mantles. - **Construction:** Industry that could benefit from offering sustainable countertop options made from recycled glass, reducing landfill waste and potentially saving on material costs. - **Environmental Certification:** Industry that could benefit from establishing certification programs to provide credibility and transparency for products made from recycled materials like Vetrazzo's countertops. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Unique Upcycled Serving Trays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/recycled-wine-bottle-appetizer-tray.md) - [Recycled Glass Vehicle Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/audi-q4-etron.md) - [Sculptural Glass Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upglas-collection.md) - [Illuminated Bright Pool Surfaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vetrite.md) - [Resin Hardware Revivals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/meta-hardware.md) - [Recycled Glass Retail Facades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bulgari-shanghai.md) - [Sustainable Upcycled Glass Cups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hmm-design.md) - [Elegant Glass Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pebbles-collection.md) - [Recycled Resin Panels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/know-new-plastic.md)
