# Recycled Home Designs Bottle Lamps II By lourdes sanchez bayas | Published 2008-04-03 | Eco Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/recycled-bottle-lamps-ii References: [trendsnow.net](http://www.trendsnow.net/thetrendygirl/2008/04/dossier-recycle.html) These are lamps made out of different kinds of recycled bottles and chains. There are soda bottles, milk bottles and plastic bottles. Some of these designs are simple enough and are DIY (Do It Yourself) such as the collection of the 5 clear soda bottles which is the next to last photo. This arrangement looks kind of rustic but good for a retro decor! On the other hand, the first picture in the gallery shows the *Campari Lights* which are made out of soda bottles by designer Ingo Maurer. This lamp sells for $375. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 60% | Activity: 25% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Recycled Home Designs:** Opportunity for designers to create innovative home designs using recycled materials. - **DIY Bottle Lamps:** Potential for consumers to create their own lamps using recycled bottles and chains. - **Retro Decor Revival:** Demand for retro decor items made from recycled materials. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to incorporate recycled materials into their designs. - **DIY Crafts:** Growing market for DIY enthusiasts to create unique home decor using recycled bottles. - **Sustainable Lighting:** Innovation potential for lighting companies to develop eco-friendly lighting solutions using recycled materials. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Recycled Lighting Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nytt-lys-collection.md) - [Fishnet-Made Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philips-mycreation-droplet-lamp.md) - [Recycled Material Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zbozhzha-pendant-light.md) - [Recycled Paper Pulp Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-lamp1.md) - [Urban Debris-Crafted Portable Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/remli.md) - [Ecological Dual Lampshade Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-light.md) - [3D-Printed Sustainable Pendant Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mycreation-droplet.md) - [Woven Lighting Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gurunsi.md) - [Handmade Lamp Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/see-earth.md)
