The building entertains a strong contemporary aesthetic by way of its appearance, as well as its ultra-communicative layout that boasts two connected wings. The stylish dwelling includes a [glass-enclosed courtyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sanctum-house) that is, without a doubt, a welcomed attribute during the warm summer months. In addition, GLA.Design strengthens the natural element of the rectangular home through a facade that features [weaving greenery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neville-park-residence).
