Notably, the [rate of arthritis diagnosis](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arthritis-awareness-month) in Mexico is 60% higher than in the rest of the globe, and Recetas Nestlé tapes the help of a physical therapist, chef, and dietician to help come up with a selection of recipes that are simple to follow. The project is dubbed Recipes vs Arthritis and the website also helps users blend in hand exercises along with anti-inflammatory ingredients that combat the disease without obstructing their passion for cooking. Every recipe also comes with relevant information about how to deal with the various symptoms Image Credit: Recetas Nestlé ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 35% | Activity: 63% | Freshness: 15% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Inclusive Recipe Platforms:** The demand for recipe platforms that cater to individuals with mobility issues and specific conditions like arthritis presents opportunities for inclusive food apps and sites. - **Collaborations for Health-centric Platforms:** More partnerships between physical therapists, dieticians, and chefs can create inclusive cooking platforms that cater to specific health needs. - **Ingredient and Exercise Integration:** Incorporating anti-inflammatory ingredients and hand exercises into cooking platforms presents opportunities for wellness-focused innovation. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Food and Recipe Platforms:** Inclusive recipe platforms for those with mobility issues can disrupt traditional food and recipe websites by catering to a specific audience. - **Collaborative Health Services:** Collaborating with physical therapists, chefs, and dieticians to create health-centric platforms for specific conditions can disrupt traditional healthcare models. - **Wellness and Health Technology:** Integrating anti-inflammatory ingredients and exercises into cooking technology presents opportunities to disrupt traditional wellness and health technologies. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [All-in-One Recipe Discovery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/niche-recipes.md) - [Digital Recipe Platforms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/recipe-hub1.md) - [Youth Arthritis Challenges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-arthur-tut.md) - [Recipe Recommendation Services](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stellar-recipes.md) - [Shoppable Recipe Collaborations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aldify.md) - [Purchasable Grocer Recipe Platforms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/family-meals-made-easy-recipe-platform.md) - [Healthful Spicy Recipes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/myfitnesspal-and-tabasco.md) - [Global Recipe Hubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ive-been-cooking.md) - [Arthritis-Friendly Pain Relief Caps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/advil-easy-open-arthritis-cap.md)
