The cookie starts off with the brand's signature dough that's infused with Valrhona raspberry chips along with [pistachio pieces and white chocolate chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msfooddessert-sandwich). These ingredients combine to deliver the richness of pistachio with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, but with crips notes of raspberry for a cleaner finish. The Levain Bakery Raspberry Pistachio Cookie is being launched as part of the brand's Summer Cookie Assortment for purchase at Levain Bakery shops and online in a variety of denominations, but only for the summer months.
