David Neville and Marcus Wainwright travelled through as-yet-unchartered territory for the Rag & Bone [Resort 2015 collection](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/auteurs-resort-2025-collection).

The designer duo took things that were decidedly "un-Rag & Bone," and played around, fitting them into its existing aesthetic. Examples of this experimentation include [animal print pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-lilly-reserve-collection) (most notably in the form of a slim-fitting silk dress), monochromatic chunky knits and a printed, pony hair jacket. Eager to explore beyond their tried-and-true pieces, the designers incorporated some pink into their vision. To differentiate from traditional uses of the "girly," color, they combined it with some not-so-girly silhouettes (a tailored moleskin coat and boxy faux-jean jacket, for instance).

Overall, fans of Rag & Bone will be pleased to see the brand attempt something outside its comfort zone.
