Customizable by customers, the pieces were recently put on display at the [International Contemporary Furniture Fair](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/konny) ([ICFF](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anna-dawson)) where visitors were able to design their very own Radiolaria Table and receive an accurate quote of how much it would cost to build it. Designed by Nervous System, a design studio based in Somerville, Massachusetts, the Radiolaria Table is carved out of baltic birch plywood using a [CNC](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soundlink-plus) router. The resulting patterned top can be sporadically covered in plexiglass depending on the customer's wishes.
