Nuvotronics has introduced StrataWorks®, a web-based design platform that significantly accelerates the development of custom radio frequency components using the proprietary PolyStrata® microfabrication technology.

The initial release of StrataWorks® focuses on Radio Frequency filter design, which will enable engineers to rapidly configure high-performance, surface-mount filters through an intuitive interface. The platform emphasizes intelligent design rules while maintaining the precision and reliability characteristic of Nuvotronics' manufacturing processes. The integration of PolyStrata® technology ensures components maintain ultra-low loss and high power handling in compact form factors.

StrataWorks® is expected to streamline the entire product lifecycle with quoted designs available within 24 hours and physical components delivered in 12-16 weeks through scheduled fabrication runs. This approach addresses longstanding industry challenges of lengthy development cycles and trade-offs between customization and performance in radio frequency component design.
