# Leaf-Shaped Separators The Portable Quentin De Coster ‘Albero Di Feltro' Privacy Scree By Renee Ramsarran | Published 2011-02-10 | Unique Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quentin-de-coster-albero-di-feltro References: [yankodesign](http://www.yankodesign.com/2011/02/09/gorgeous-privacy-screen/) & [quentindecoster](http://www.quentindecoster.com) The best feature of the Quentin de Coster ‘Albero di feltro’ privacy screen is its easy portability. Traditional [room dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glimakra-of-sweden) are large, bulky and hard to move around. This leaf-shaped design is made from a stainless steel frame and synthetic felt body, which can be rolled up for fast transportation. The screen can be used in a variety of settings, like for portioning off a room in an office, lounge or a student residence. I can imagine how a cluster of the Quentin de Coster ‘Albero di feltro’ privacy screens would evoke an organic and forest-like feel to any space. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 16% | Activity: 8% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Portable Privacy Screens:** Opportunity to create innovative privacy screens that are easy to transport and use in various settings. - **Leaf-inspired Design:** Potential for incorporating nature-inspired designs into furniture and home decor for a unique and organic feel. - **Flexible Materials:** Potential to explore the use of flexible materials in furniture design to create versatile and adaptable products. ### Where This Applies - **Office Furniture:** Opportunity for companies in the office furniture industry to develop portable privacy screens for flexible workspaces. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior design firms to incorporate leaf-inspired designs into their projects for a natural and calming aesthetic. - **Textile Manufacturing:** Opportunity for textile manufacturers to explore the use of synthetic felt and other flexible materials in furniture production. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pleated Textile Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plissade.md) - [Felt-Made Retractable Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pixels-1.md) - [Hemp Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breeze-divider.md) - [Contemporary Privacy Screen Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calm-system.md) - [Minimal Open-Plan Screen Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arches-screen.md) - [Flexible Room Partition Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/room-partition-system.md) - [Material-Centric Room Divider Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ren-series.md) - [Rotating Panel Room Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ro-room-dividers.md) - [Design-Conscious Office Dividers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calm-collection.md)
