It boasts a malleable design that allows it to accommodate any sized [pots or pans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stackable-cookware). Resembling a chunky wooden necklace, the string of square blocks can take on a variety of shapes to do just that. Whether left as a large ring or looped into a figure eight or even something a little more abstract, the Quad Trivet is hugely helpful in the kitchen. Designed by Berlin-based product designer Dewa Bleisinger, the Quad Trivet is made up of 16 [oiled walnut wood cubes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/box-set). They are connected with a hidden silicone strip, which is heat resistent. Not only does the Quad Trivet get the job done, it does so in style. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.0/10 - Popularity: 11% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Malleable Kitchen Accessories:** Incorporate flexible materials and designs to create adaptable kitchen accessories like trivets. - **Multi-functional Kitchen Tools:** Design kitchen tools that can serve multiple purposes and adapt to different cookware sizes like the Quad Trivet. - **Aesthetic and Practical Kitchenware:** Create kitchenware that combines functionality with attractive design elements like the Quad Trivet's oiled walnut wood cubes. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Kitchenware Manufacturing:** Manufacturing companies can innovate by creating malleable kitchen accessories and multi-functional kitchen tools in addition to designing kitchenware that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. - **Home Decor:** Home decor companies can expand their product lines by offering kitchenware that serves as both functional tools and decorative pieces like the Quad Trivet. - **Technology and Materials Development:** Developing new technologies and materials that provide flexibility and innovative design options to kitchenware manufacturers can lead to the creation of products like the Quad Trivet and other multi-functional kitchen tools. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sustainable Kitchen Gear](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/legni-collection.md) - [Multifunctional Kitchen Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/latticeboard-multipurpose-kitchen-board.md) - [Versatile Steamer-Pot Combos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/everything-pot1.md) - [Multi-Functional Cook Pots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/this-cooking-appliance.md) - [Flat-Packed Sleek Dish Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aurea.md) - [Circular Oven Mitts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/circular-oven-mitts.md) - [Stone Cube Candle Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qub-candlestick.md) - [Interlocking Wooden Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-tie-stool.md) - [Elegant Desktop Brainteaser Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/craighill-tetra.md)
