# Cubed Coffee Tables The Qbiosk Coffee Bedside Table from Milan & Marian By Michael Hines | Published 2010-04-08 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qbiosk-coffee-bedside-table References: [yankodesign](http://www.yankodesign.com/2010/04/07/not-qbert-its-qbiosk/) & [milanmarian](http://milanmarian.com/) If you need more cubes in your life, maybe you should put the Qbiosk Coffee Bedside Table in your life. This cube also doubles as a [coffee table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polka-coffee-table), which makes it a double threat. The Qbiosk Coffee Bedside Table has a gaping hole in the middle of it. What you could fill said hole with is up to you. Personally, I'd put in a flat-screen on one side, and a bookcase on the other. Life would be better with more cubes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 32% | Activity: 51% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Versatile Cube Furniture:** Opportunity for creating multi-purpose furniture pieces with a cube design. - **Customizable Coffee Tables:** Disruption potential in coffee table designs that allow users to personalize and adapt the table to their needs. - **Minimalist Furniture Design:** Innovation opportunities for sleek and simple furniture designs that embrace the cube aesthetic. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Furniture manufacturers can explore new product lines that incorporate versatile cube designs. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can leverage customizable coffee tables to create unique and personalized living spaces. - **Home Decor Retail:** Retailers specializing in minimalist furniture can expand their product offerings with cube-inspired designs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Minimalist Book Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pocket-coffee-table.md) - [Bookshelf-Incorporated Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/overlap-table.md) - [Asymmetrical Storage Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crossbred-side-table.md) - [Interlocking Living Room Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interlocking-living-room-furniture.md) - [Bookcase-Equipped Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/low-wall-side-table.md) - [Intersecting Two-Part Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shaolin-side-table.md) - [Tech-Packed Bedroom Nightstands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bedside-table.md) - [Industrial Floating Bedside Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tu-bedside-table.md) - [Personality-Enhancing Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ordo-book.md)
