The large table is segmented like [puzzle pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/puzzle-shelf) so you literally have to solve the puzzle by putting together the pieces. The smaller side tables just have the cut-out shapes for the tops. Most people would agree these tables are just perfect for [children's rooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tivoli-collection) or in a daycare. The side tables are available from Tonichome.com. Israeli born, US based designer, Amit Apel leads the design company that bears his name and which specialises in architecture, interior and furniture design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.8/10 - Popularity: 8% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Puzzle-inspired Furniture:** Opportunity for designers to create innovative furniture pieces that incorporate puzzle-inspired elements. - **Interactive Furniture:** Potential for furniture manufacturers to develop interactive tables that require assembly or engagement from users. - **Playful Home Decor:** Market for home decor products that add an element of playfulness and interactivity to spaces. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture Design:** Furniture designers can explore puzzle-inspired designs to create unique and engaging pieces for customers. - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to incorporate puzzle-inspired furniture into their designs, adding an element of whimsy to spaces. - **Children's Furniture:** Manufacturers can target the children's furniture market by offering puzzle-inspired tables and other playful furniture pieces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Interlocking Puzzle-Like Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/connect-table.md) - [Geometric Cutout Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/designated-table.md) - [Puzzling Geometric Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linked-side-table.md) - [Acrylic Multicolor Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucid-side-tables.md) - [Playful Accent Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bug-table.md) - [Optically-Designed Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enigma-coffee-tables.md) - [Modern Customizable Table Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/customizable-table-design.md) - [Puzzle-Inspired Kids Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/palipeli.md) - [Elegant Table Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tangent-table.md)
