Starting on August 14, 2023 – well before the official start of the fall season – fans can purchase three new pumpkin-flavored drinks. A twist on the brand's signature White Mocha, the new Pumpkin White Mocha consists of sweet white chocolate and pumpkin flavors combined with [Ellianos'](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ellianos-edge) smooth espresso and steamed milk. The Pumpkin Spice Latte and [Pumpkin Chai](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pumpkin-chai-cream-iced-latte) are other delicious new drink options that also boast the same spiced pumpkin flavor. While mid-August may seem early for fall-themed drinks, Ellianos thinks it's never too early to get into the fall season. As an Ellianos spokesperson shared, “Our dedicated customers have voiced their desire for these beloved pumpkin flavors earlier each year. So, this season, we’ve listened and are thrilled to introduce our pumpkin lineup earlier than ever. It’s our way of saying thank you and celebrating the magic of fall with our customers.” Image Credit: Ellianos Coffee ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.7/10 - Popularity: 18% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 17% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Early Fall Flavors:** Ellianos Coffee is introducing its pumpkin-spiced mocha drinks earlier than ever, embracing the trend of offering fall flavors ahead of the official season. - **Pumpkin Variations:** Ellianos Coffee is expanding its pumpkin-flavored drink options with the introduction of Pumpkin White Mocha, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and Pumpkin Chai, catering to the trend of offering a variety of pumpkin-based beverages. - **Customer Demand:** Ellianos Coffee is responding to customer feedback and demand by launching its pumpkin-flavored drinks early, recognizing the trend of listening to customers and giving them what they want. ### Where This Applies - **Coffee Shops:** Coffee shops can take advantage of the trend of offering fall flavors early by creating their own lineup of pumpkin-spiced drinks, attracting customers who are eager for seasonal flavors. - **Beverage Industry:** The beverage industry can capitalize on the trend of pumpkin-flavored drinks by developing innovative and unique beverage options that incorporate pumpkin spices and flavors. - **Customer Service:** Customer service professionals can learn from Ellianos Coffee's example and listen to customer feedback, identifying opportunities to meet customer demands and preferences. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Fall Pumpkin-Flavored Menus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ellianos-coffee-1.md) - [Pumpkin Pie-Flavored Lattes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pumpkin-pie-latte.md) - [Autumnal Maple Lattes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maple-bar-latte.md) - [Fiery Fall Mocha Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fiery-mocha.md) - [Cozy Dessert-Inspired Cafe Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beans-brews-coffeehouse.md) - [Mexican-Spiced Pumpkin Mochas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pumpkin-mexican-mocha.md) - [Icy Autumnal Cafe Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-human-bean-fall-menu.md) - [Limited-Time Pumpkin Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/biggby-coffee-psl.md) - [Seasonal Pumpkin Chai Lattes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pumpkin-chai-cream-iced-latte.md)
