'A Cube's Entropic Progression' is a [public art project](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flowers-and-butterflies-are-dancing) that is meant to intrigue the public into becoming enthusiastic towards science. As the title suggests, the art project is inspired by the concept of 'entropy,' which is when something deteriorates into total disorder. The concept of entropy is demonstrated through [three statues](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eye-of-the-future) of a large white cube.

The first statue is merely a large white cube in its perfect form. In the second statue, we can see corners breaking off to reveal the yellow inside, and in the third statue, the cube is nearly unrecognizable from its original form. Additionally, the parts of the cube that appear to break off are fixated onto hinges, which allows for the cube to be put back together, according to the law of physics that states any motion allowed by physics can have a reverse of that same motion, meaning the artwork can also be viewed in reverse.
