# Psycho Cannibalistic Art Playful Shock Horror Sculptures by Rosalia Banet By TrendHead | Published 2009-02-25 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/psycho-cannibalistic-art-playful-shock-horror-sculptures-by-rosalia-banet References: [we-make-money-not-art](http://www.we-make-money-not-art.com/archives/2009/02/discovery-at-arco-rosalia-bane.php) & [rosaliabanet.blogspot](http://rosaliabanet.blogspot.com/) "Brilliantly bizarre" describes the artistic universe of Spanish artist Rosalia Banet. She makes these mock real life scenarios where Siamese twins eats [brain cupcakes and eyeball pies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zotter-chocolates-brains-eggs) for their birthday while strange friends sit around the table, like the crying girl, the penis man and the chocolate boy. Besides these [colorful sculpture scenes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shiyuan-xu), Rosalia Banet also makes amazing photos, drawings and videos of sickening meals prepared with human body parts. I am sure people will find these short films scary, but I bet she has some sharp intentions for making these films, only I don’t speak Spanish so I don’t know. Anyhow, they are weird and slightly psychotic, just like real life can be on a bad day, I guess.
