This beautiful piece of architecture was designed by the geniuses at [Productora Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kymaia-hotel). It sticks up slightly above the hills in Chihuahua, Mexico, right in the heart of golf city.

The design of the house is very interesting. Due to the [natural heat in Mexico](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vernacular-home), different cooling methods are usually vitally important for a residence. For this house, the designers at Productora decided to stick to whites (doesn’t react to the heat) for the entire house, but more importantly, they decided to [dig underground](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wild-house) and put the home in there.

The cool soil up against the sides of the house blocks the heat from taking over. I’m definitely getting a half house for protection from the sun!
