The development is conceived as a modern interpretation of a [traditional farmstead](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anne-carrier-architectes). MUUK Architecture organizes the approximately 4,000-square-foot dwelling into three separate structures linked by curved connecting corridors. This design approach creates a layout reminiscent of a small hamlet. Externally, the residence utilizes materials such as cedar and gray steel to help it blend with the rural landscape. MUUK Architecture's arrangement of the buildings forms a [sheltered interior courtyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-a-clearing), which contains a swimming pool, terraces, and an outdoor fireplace. Inside the private residential project, the architectural focus is on exposed timber framework, cedar ceilings, and stone surfaces. A lower-level space with large retractable windows opens directly to the pool area.
