HubX closed a $50 million investment round led by Point72 Private Investments, with an option for an additional $25 million, marking the company's first external financing since its 2022 founding. The deal valued HubX at $1.2 billion pre-money, making it Türkiye's first AI-native consumer apps unicorn.

Based in Izmir and Istanbul, HubX operates more than 40 AI-powered consumer apps across generative AI, education and health and fitness, with more than 600 million downloads across 190-plus countries. The company plans to use the funding to accelerate its product portfolio and build a global acquisition platform targeting consumer tech businesses with strong user engagement.

HubX's raise signals growing investor confidence in AI-native product studios that can scale repeatable app-building models into global acquisition engines.
