Unlike the [knotty food delights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brauhaus-pretzel) which are undoubtedly a favorite amongst all, this [pool float](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30) is very much plastic and inedible for sure. But with a [60 inch size](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-hangout-15), it can easily fit three of your little ones or yourself while you take your everyday hours of relaxation in the pool. It looks exactly like a pretzel, only in a gigantic size no one's ever seen before. That’s why you’re bound to like it and more evidently, lie on it when sun-bathing in the water. However, be sure of not compromising on your hunger cravings and taking a bite of this as that will lead to a deflation you’d probably not wish to enjoy after all. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 55% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Food-inspired Pool Toys:** There is a growing trend of pool toys taking inspiration from food items, offering a creative and playful way to relax in the water. - **Oversized Pool Floats:** There is a trend towards creating larger-than-life pool floats, providing a fun and unique experience for users looking to lounge in the water with friends and family. - **Novelty Pool Accessories:** There is a trend towards unconventional and quirky pool toys and accessories, giving users a sense of individualism and playfulness during their poolside relaxation time. ### Where This Applies - **Recreation:** Pretzel Pool Float and similar products offer opportunities for companies in the recreation industry to create fun and unconventional pool toys that appeal to a wide range of consumers. - **Tourism:** Hotels and resorts can also benefit from this trend by offering unique poolside experiences, such as themed pool parties with food-inspired pool toys and accessories, to attract more guests and increase revenue. - **Marketing:** The trend of novelty pool accessories can be leveraged by companies as a marketing tool, using customized pool floats and toys with their brand logo or message to attract attention and stand out in the crowd. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tortilla Chip-Shaped Pool Floats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tortilla-chipshaped-pool-float.md) - [Pasta-Inspired Inflatable Pool Noodles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pastainspired-inflatable-pool-noodle.md) - [Pasta-Themed Pool Noodles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/olive-garden-pool-noodles.md) - [Film-Celebrating Pool Floaties](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/funboy-x-barbie-the-movie-collection.md) - [Cheeky Summer Product Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/great-float.md) - [Floating Cabana Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floating-cabana-bar.md) - [Snack-Inspired Pool Packs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-veggie-splash-pack.md) - [Humorous Cocktail-Inspired Pull Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buzzballz-pool.md) - [Colorful Poolside Art Inflatables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30.md)
