As the election heats up, Democrats and Republicans alike are looking for unique ways to show support for their candidate of choice. This [adult coloring book](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorfun) celebrates presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders in a humors new way. 'Buff Bernie: A Coloring Book For Berniacs' is a presidential coloring book that revolves entirely around a buff version of Sanders. However, instead of showing Sanders in heated political debates, this book depicts him striking various bodybuilder-style poses. As Daddona explains, "To me, Bernie Sanders is the strongest candidate in the race, so I wanted to depict him as such by making him ultra buff." Sure to make both Berniacs and non-Berniacs laugh, the coloring book adds a welcome touch of humor to the ongoing [presidential campaign](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/election-escape). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 84% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Humor](https://www.trendhunter.com/humor) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Humorous Political Merchandise:** Entrepreneurs can create humorous or satirical merchandise related to popular political figures, such as coloring books or bobbleheads. - **Adult-themed Coloring Books:** Adult coloring books with humorous or unconventional themes, such as political figures, can tap into the growing adult coloring book market. - **Political Parody:** Entrepreneurs can create political parody content, such as videos or comic strips, which can attract a niche audience and potentially go viral. ### Where This Applies - **Publishing:** Publishing companies can capitalize on the growing trend of adult-themed coloring books by producing political figures coloring books, as well as other humorous themed coloring books. - **Merchandising:** Merchandising companies can create political merchandise with humorous or satirical themes, such as bobbleheads or shirts, which can attract a niche audience. - **Digital Media:** Entrepreneurs in digital media can produce political parody content that has the potential to go viral, which can increase brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Presidential Election Candy Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amusemints-election-collection.md) - [Expansive Electoral Candy Ranges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/election-collection.md) - [Show-Inspired Coloring Books](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-of-the-dragon-1.md) - [Grilled Cheese Swatch Books](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/borden-grilled-cheese-swatch-book.md) - [Dispensary-Friendly Voting Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toke-the-vote.md) - [Custom Coloring Page Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dad-cant-draw.md) - [Custom Coloring Creators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/happypagesai.md) - [Pop Culture Presidency Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brat.md) - [Custom Coloring Pages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-coloring-book-generator.md)
