The Fancy Feast® Savoury Cravings™ Power of the Purr Playlist is an immersive new project by the pet food brand.

After the pandemic, studies showed that a large number of Canadians were dealing with mental health and work-life balance issues, alongside higher anxiety and depression levels. During these tough times, many Canadians also found comfort in feline companions, specifically by listening to their cats' purrs, which have been scientifically proven to reduce stress and lower blood pressure.

Recognizing the healing power of cat companions, Fancy Feast collaborated with producer Nineteen85, known for his Grammy-winning work with Drake, to create the Power of the Purr playlist. The playlist combines soothing tracks with real cat purrs, offering a unique soundtrack for cat owners and their feline friends. The playlist is currently available on YouTube and will soon be accessible on major streaming platforms, fostering human-cat connection and providing a source of comfort in the process.
