Osmose Design was responsible for the interior and wanted to create an inviting, elegant space. One of the ways this was done was through a large viewing window that frames the Portland distillery's large stills and manufacturing space. Also, a Corian-topped bar near the entrance provides an aesthetic focal point to welcome guests and sample spirits.
