The space is called 'TREExOFFICE' and is designed to bring people together in a professional atmosphere while promoting a nature-infused environment. The idea was to create a modernized office pop-up office. The pod is made of compressed paper and wood. The walls of the pod are lined with [translucent windows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pavilion-jardins) that allow users to view the gorgeous outdoor surroundings. Inside the pod there are wooden benches as well as functioning electricity and access to WiFi. The space is used on a rental basis and the money it raises will be used to help maintain Hackney parks -- where the office is located. During the weekends, the [nature pod](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden) can be rented free of charge. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 83% | Activity: 82% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Sustainable Office Design:** The TREExOFFICE demonstrates the trend of integrating sustainable materials and nature-inspired elements into office spaces. - **Remote Work Solutions:** Pop-up offices like the TREExOFFICE offer remote workers an alternative workspace in outdoor environments. - **Community Collaboration:** The rental-based model of the TREExOFFICE fosters community engagement and supports local parks maintenance. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture & Design:** Architects and designers can explore innovative ways to incorporate sustainable materials and nature elements into office spaces. - **Technology & Connectivity:** Companies in the technology sector can develop solutions to ensure reliable electricity and Wi-Fi access in outdoor workspaces. - **Public Parks & Recreation:** Public parks and recreational organizations can explore partnerships with pop-up office concepts to generate funding for park maintenance. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Portable Office Rooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ootbox.md) - [Sustainable Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chatpod-700.md) - [Minimalist Private Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solarlux-soundproof-space.md) - [First-Class Working Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabin-work-pod.md) - [Quirky Solo Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/work-capsules.md) - [Greenhouse Office Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-for-roundtable.md) - [Compact Work Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dragon-tiny-homes-1.md) - [Plant-Centric Dynamic Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-of-edyn.md) - [Biophilic Workplace Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden.md)
