# Blossoming Flat Bathtubs The Poolspa Lilith Tub Opens or Closes Depending on Preference By Amelia Roblin | Published 2011-07-19 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poolspa-lilith-tub References: [industrialdesignserved](http://www.industrialdesignserved.com/gallery/Lilith/1033419) The same bathtub and shower hybrids that can be found in domestic washrooms would not look so great on our back porch, but the installation of a Poolspa Lilith Tub may complement your patio and pool deck perfectly. The transforming soaker shifts in and out of four different positions, providing anything from a [deep jacuzzi](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/round-about-baths) or a shallow paddling pool to a flush floor surface. Clou's concept is to provide an adaptable outdoor fixture that can accommodate the changing bathing preferences of a user. You may just need a quick rinse before heading back indoors, in which case, filling a [big basin](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luneup) would be a waste of water. But [washing a young child](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bath-toy-collection) or experiencing a steamy hot tub are equally easy with the Poolspa Lilith Tub. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 93% | Activity: 74% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Adaptable Outdoor Fixtures:** The Poolspa Lilith Tub showcases the trend of adaptable outdoor fixtures that can transform to accommodate different preferences. - **Transforming Soakers:** The Poolspa Lilith Tub exemplifies the trend of transforming soakers that can adjust to different positions for various bath experiences. - **Multi-functional Bathing Equipment:** The Poolspa Lilith Tub represents the trend of multi-functional bathing equipment that can serve as a jacuzzi, paddling pool, or flush floor surface. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Outdoor Furniture:** The adaptable outdoor fixtures trend opens up disruptive innovation opportunities for the outdoor furniture industry to create multi-purpose pieces that enhance the patio and pool deck experience. - **Bathroom Fixtures:** The transforming soakers trend presents disruptive innovation opportunities for the bathroom fixtures industry to design versatile tubs that can cater to different bathing preferences. - **Water Conservation:** The multi-functional bathing equipment trend offers disruptive innovation opportunities for the water conservation industry to develop efficient bathing solutions that minimize water waste. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Malleable Removable Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathtope.md) - [Customizable Minimalist Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acquabella-noon-slate.md) - [Rounded Hydromassage Tubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aretusa-tub-by-claudio-papa.md) - [Automated Relaxation Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bathtub.md) - [Sophisticated High-Design Bath Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soaking-tub.md) - [Luxe Translucent Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lusso-amore-freestanding-resin-bath.md) - [Japanese Snack Box-Inspired Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bento-starck-box.md) - [Asymmetrical Ultra-Compact Pools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/faraway-pool.md) - [AI-Enhanced Contemporary Bathtubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cloud-and-co.md)
