There were two concepts in mind as this house was being built. The architect combined the idea of relaxation and meditation along with children's playground in the design of it. The house perfectly suits as a [family vacation getaway home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/muskoka-lakeside-cottage). It is built around the trees with a curved body constructed using sheets of plywood and copper. The building is the epitome of a meditation heaven with its [minimalist interior](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-hkarn) and outstandingly nature-infused environment. Either with or without a family's company, this kind of getaway spot is ideal for any working professional. All busy bees deserve a quiet rest away from their daily concerns and the London studio TDO has built a spot just for that. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.5/10 - Popularity: 79% | Activity: 77% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Forest Pond House:** The trend of designing minimalist, nature-infused vacation homes around serene ponds. - **Relaxation and Meditation Living:** The trend of combining relaxation and meditation with daily living, as shown in the Forest Pond House design. - **Nature-inspired Architecture:** The trend of incorporating natural elements, such as trees and ponds, into modern architectural designs. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture and Design:** Design firms specialized in creating modern vacation homes that offer oasis-like environments for families and individuals. - **Wellness and Lifestyle:** Markets focused on providing products and services that help people integrate relaxation and meditation practices into their daily routines. - **Tourism and Hospitality:** Organizations catering to vacationers looking for unique, tranquil experiences in nature-inspired accommodations. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tranquil Nature-Centric Cabin Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nortehaus.md) - [Forest Sanctuary Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sadowski-house.md) - [Nature-Nestled Mountain Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/console-house.md) - [A-Frame Forest Tranquil Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prez-palacios-arquitectos-asociados.md) - [Bamboo Forest-Inspired Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canter-and-gallop.md) - [Artistic Lakeside Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ely-retreat.md) - [Minimal Timber Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zenhouse.md) - [Blackened Timber Tranquil Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hideaway-house.md) - [Glass-Lined Corridor Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tranquil-abiding.md)
