It stands to reason, then, that people are going use it as a [tool of parody](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/switzerland-is-fake). There are now [graphic design tutorials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/textbehind) available online which teach people how to make their own Obama poster, and there are even [ready-made posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brat-generator) which allow anyone to enter their own text instead of ‘HOPE’. It seems no stone has been left unturned in this collection of offensive HOPE posters. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.8/10 - Popularity: 64% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Internet](https://www.trendhunter.com/internet) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Parody Posters:** Opportunity for graphic design tutorials and ready-made posters that allow customization for creating parody posters. - **User-generated Art:** Potential for online platforms or apps that enable users to create their own political art using popular symbols or images. - **Controversial Political Art:** Space for artists to create thought-provoking and potentially offensive political artwork using well-known symbols or figures. ### Where This Applies - **Graphic Design:** Opportunity for graphic design professionals to offer tutorials and services for creating customizable parody posters. - **Online Platforms:** Potential for online platforms or apps to facilitate the creation and sharing of user-generated political art. - **Art and Design:** Space for artists to explore controversial political themes and create visually striking artwork using popular symbols or figures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Poster Creation Templates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/makeposter.md) - [Creative Protest Archives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pocket-protests.md) - [Satirical Political Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thoughts-prayers-toilet-paper.md) - [Viral Criminal Merchandise](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/i-can-fix-him.md) - [AI-Generated Christmas Posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christmas-posters.md) - [AI Movie Poster Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-movie-poster-generator.md) - [Street Art Metaverses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frieze-los-angeles.md) - [Witty Toy-Brand Horror Posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/horror-poster.md) - [Street Artist Digitalized Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shepard-fairey-1.md)
