# Polar Bear-Themed Furniture 'Design Toscano' Has Launched a Limited Edition Polar Bear Bench By Colin Smith | Published 2021-12-07 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polar-bear-bench References: [luxurylaunches](https://luxurylaunches.com/home_improvement/enjoy-the-feel-of-the-north-pole-at-home-with-this-quirky-polar-bear-bench.php) & [designtoscano](https://www.designtoscano.com/) '[Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/powerhouse-company) Toscano,' the home and garden decor company, has launched a limited edition polar bear bench in time for the holidays. The bench is named the '[Arctic Polar Bear](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcane-collection)' and, as its name suggests, it is designed to mimic a large polar bear laying down. Design Toscano famously specializes in historical, animal, and media-themed replica furniture. The Arctic Polar Bear weighs 110lbs at a size of 79" wide, 36" deep, and 38" tall. While this polar bear is large and heavy, it is a perfect bench for consumers who enjoy the polar bear to put in their outdoor garden. The finish on the bench prevents it from quickly deteriorating to elemental exposure, so it suits outdoor spaces. However, the Arctic Polar Bear bench can also be placed inside a house, though it will take up a large amount of space and its hard shell means it will need additions to soften it for comfortable seating.
