The Pokeworks plant-based tuna is making its way to select locations in the New York City and Bay Area to provide customers with a way to elevate their favorite poke bowls with a touch of plant-based flair. The plant-based tuna was created by Impact Food and features a delicious alternative to traditional raw tuna that's made with a blend of pea protein and seaweed for an umami flavor that will melt in the mouth. The sushi-grade raw plant-based tuna will be offered for sampling to help customers feel confident about choosing it in place of conventional fish.

Co-Founder Mike Wu spoke on the Pokeworks plant-based tuna saying, "As we strive to create a memorable dining experience for guests with dietary preferences of any kind, we are diligently listening and implementing action to address our consumer’s feedback, and the desire for more plant-based options continually grows. We are thrilled to partner with Impact Food once again to introduce this unique protein offering to our New York City and Bay Area diners.”
