The public sculpture will be erected in conjunction with the London Design Festival. The structure boasts a [fluorescent orange coat](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-and-unity) that is bound to immediately capture attention. Shaped like a lion, Es Delvin's poetic installation will be present amid the "four bronze relief statues that have stood at the base of Nelson's Column since 1867." Not only is the artwork fierce and bold in its representation, Es Delvin puts a modern twist with an LED screen featured in the mouth of the statue. Using contemporary machine learning technology, the poetic installation will display verse that is "sourced predominantly from the period during which the original lions were cast." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 52% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Artificial Intelligence-augmented Public Art:** Opportunity for artists and tech companies to collaborate on creating innovative, interactive public art installations using AI technology. - **Data-driven Public Art:** Opportunity for public art exhibits to incorporate data analysis and machine learning to create thought-provoking, impactful installations that reflect current trends and sentiments. - **Interactive Public Sculptures:** Opportunity to create engaging, immersive public installations that incorporate technology and encourage audience participation and interaction. ### Where This Applies - **Artificial Intelligence:** AI tech companies can explore opportunities to collaborate with artists and create new, innovative AI-augmented public art installations. - **Data Analytics:** Data analysis companies can offer data-driven solutions to artists and designers to create public art installations that reflect current trends and sentiments. - **Interactive Design:** Opportunity for interactive design companies to collaborate with artists on creating immersive, interactive public art installations that incorporate technology and encourage audience participation. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dynamic Public Artwork Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/born-to-be-wild-1.md) - [Bright London Typeface Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/good-things-come-to-those-who-wait.md) - [Interactive Mountain Oracles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whispering-mountains.md) - [Street Art-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/met-rooftop.md) - [Urban Soundscape Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moment-installation.md) - [Intricate Lighting Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/objects-of-common-interest1.md) - [Vibrant Public London Fountains](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neon-1.md) - [AI-Powered Poem Booths](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poem-booth.md) - [Statement Street Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surreal-street-art-1.md)
