I hate this saying, but some people do believe that when life throws you a lemon, you should make lemonade. This is indeed the case for Becky Stern and her [plush femur](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/himalaya-pelvis-chair). Strange, yet creative.

Having [damaged her knee](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/httpswwwmediamitedu), this textile artist used pictures from inside her knee that were taken during surgery to make an anatomically-correct version of her own femur.

Surprisingly cuddly, it is made from [fuzzy polyester fur and fleece](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/repair-bear). Her other anatomical projects include an embroidered MRI slice.
