They aren’t always the toughest of machines, and the bags that are offered don’t help much either. Well, what if you had a laptop that was so durable it actually doubled as a case? Designer Zhang Shouze has played with that idea and has come up with the Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase. The Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase is an idea I could see being bought up by many of the major computer companies. It has a fairly simple design and multi-functional capabilities, as seen in the pictures above. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.4/10 - Popularity: 30% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Durable Laptops:** There is an opportunity for computer companies to invest in creating more durable laptop designs with multi-functional capabilities like the Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase. - **Transport-efficient Laptop Cases:** The Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase highlights the need for more transport-efficient laptop cases that protect laptops from damage during travel. - **Multipurpose Computer Accessories:** The trend of multi-functional computer accessories like the Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase can lead to new innovation opportunities in the computer accessories industry. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Computer Manufacturing:** Computer manufacturing companies can invest in durable laptop designs that double as cases, like the Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase, to provide customers with longer-lasting and multi-functional products. - **Luggage and Travel Gear:** The Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase demonstrates a need for more transport-efficient laptop bags and cases, providing an opportunity for innovation in the luggage and travel gear industry. - **Computer Accessories:** The popularity of multi-functional computer accessories like the Playing By Heart Laptop Briefcase can spark innovation opportunities for other companies in the computer accessories industry to create more versatile products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Briefcase-Like Flexible Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flexible-briefcase.md) - [Laptop-Stowing Portable Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lapcase.md) - [Impact-Resistant Laptop Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/impactresistant-laptop-case.md) - [Functional Comfort-Focused Briefcases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apex-briefcase.md) - [Upcycled Carrying Bags](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coastline-ecosmart.md) - [Dual-Material Laptop Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hardgraft-5050-macbook-pro-sleeve.md) - [Shock-Absorbing Laptop Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casetify-5.md) - [Handheld Gaming Laptop Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/compal-rover-play.md) - [Fray-Free Fabric Laptop Cases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fabric-laptop-case.md)
