In order to make it, you'll need marble contact paper, a ruler, pencil, hot glue gun, foam core, mailing tube, craft knife and a picture hanger. By cutting the mailing tube in half, the base for the plastic bag holder is prepped, after which point the foam core is cut to make the back and marble paper is wrapped around.
