Field Roast recently unveiled Chao Creamery Cantina-Style Plant-Based Queso as a new dairy-free creation that mimics traditional queso and meets consumer demands for plant-powered products without compromise. This product, unlike many other plant-based queso products, was created to be exceptionally creamy, smooth, cheesy and satisfying.

The authentic, dairy-free queso is made with a blend of fermented tofu, bell peppers, paprika and spices to match the flavor, texture and craveable flavor of other popular cheesy dips.

This plant-powered queso is poised to meet the ever-growing demand for plant-based queso and plant-based products in general. It's estimated that plant-based queso sales have grown 94% in the last 52 weeks and the overall plant-based cheese category has grown to $234 million in recent years.
