'Reprise' is a brand that's out to change the face of activewear by helping to clean up the closets of consumers by doing away with plastic in favor of sustainable, plant-based clothing.

While there are many high-performance activewear garments that are powered by toxic chemicals, Reprise recognized a gap in the market for sustainable, athletic styles. As such, it launched a [Kickstarter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coolia-activewear) campaign to offer non-toxic styles suitable for everything from running and spinning to yoga and other physical activities.

The plant-based clothing pieces from Reprise are partially made with an eco-friendly material called [Tencel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/craft-sportswear), which is regenerated from the wood of eucalyptus and beech trees. Naturally, this material is cooling, sweat-wicking, resistant to the growth of bacteria, as well as hypoallergenic and biodegradable. As Reprise notes, "Tencel is often blended with polyester—but we are focused on using as much of the true natural ingredients as possible."
