In a pixalated, [3D design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qr3d) this home is unique and tech-inspired. The house is curved on one side with a [rounded rooftop](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-house-with-an-inverted-roof) and falls flat in a straight line on the other. Situated in Gyeonggido, Korea, this building's design reflects the [hilly landscape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neville-park-residence). The jagged look of the Pixel Houses stands out and is definitely under the influence of this digital age. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 96% | Activity: 86% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Digital Design:** There is a disruptive innovation opportunity in creating homes that incorporate digital design elements, like the pixelated 3D design of the Pixel House. - **Tech-inspired Homes:** The growing trend of incorporating technology into home design presents an opportunity for creating unique and innovative homes like the Pixel House. - **Curved Architecture:** The use of curved architecture, as seen in the rounded rooftop of the Pixel House, offers a disruptive innovation opportunity for designing visually striking homes. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture:** The architecture industry can explore digital design and curved architecture to create technologically advanced and visually appealing homes. - **Real Estate Development:** Real estate developers can capitalize on the trend of tech-inspired homes by incorporating digital design elements into their projects. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can embrace the trend of tech-inspired homes by integrating technology seamlessly into the overall design aesthetic. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pixelated Illusion Housing](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/van-b.md) - [Geometric Structural Dynamic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pentagone-house.md) - [Sculptural Facade Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fractal-facade-house.md) - [Compact Modular Forest Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/digital-house.md) - [Geometric Cave-Like Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cavelike-homes.md) - [Whimsical Futuristic Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yoohome.md) - [Blocky Stone Perimeter Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forte-house.md) - [Hillside Pink Tile Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seosaeng-house.md) - [Square Structural Canadian Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canvas-house.md)
