It's in a [quiet residential area in Nagoya](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oku-house). The house is a 7 by 15-meter, purple-brick design that reassembles a shed. The interior is lined with timber and the house is soundproof, so you can play piano and compose masterpieces without any distractions. The house can fit a [grand piano](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roli-piano) and an upright piano. There is also a small kitchen a bathroom so you can spend hours in the house without needing to leave. The house is not equipped with a bed, but I suppose all the great music masters like Mozart and Bach prioritized their music more than their sleeping schedule. So who needs a bed when you’ve got a piano lover’s dream house? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 3% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Musical-inspired Architecture:** The trend of designing buildings that are inspired by musical instruments could lead to new opportunities for architects and designers to innovate. - **Home Studio Spaces:** The trend of creating specialized home spaces for artistic pursuits, such as music composition, could lead to new opportunities for home builders and interior designers. - **Soundproofing Technology:** The trend of creating soundproof environments for artistic activities, such as playing instruments, could lead to new opportunities for innovation in soundproofing technology and materials. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture:** The trend of musical-inspired architecture could create new niche markets for architects specializing in designing unique, functional spaces with a specific artistic theme. - **Interior Design:** The trend of creating specialized home spaces for artistic pursuits, such as music composition, could create new demand for interior designers who can optimize these spaces for creative work. - **Construction:** The trend of creating specialized spaces for artistic pursuits, such as music composition, could create new opportunities for construction companies to design and build customized creative spaces within homes and buildings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Touchscreen Grand Pianos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/porochista.md) - [Sculptural Art Pianos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/steel-and-stone-piano-v2.md) - [Digital HD Display Pianos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mozart-console-piano.md) - [Collaboration Piano Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concept-model-piano.md) - [Modern Multi-Purpose Japanese Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/muiltipurpose-japanese-building.md) - [Minimal Japanese Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-kyobate.md) - [Lakeside Cultural Landmarks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/isola-della-mus.md) - [Fish Tank-Inspired Japanese Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nao-iwanari.md) - [Temple-Inspired Idyllic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/k-residence-1.md)
